Upper material: alveomesh (100% recycled polyester) panels: suede and leather, V logo: rubber and rice residue (22%), insole: Amazon rubber, sugar cane, E.V.A. * Recycled & Organic Cotton Midsole: Sugarcane (52%) Outsole: Amazon Rubber (12%) & Rice Waste (30%) Lining: Tech (100% Recycled Polyester). Laces: Organic Cotton (100% Brazil) Alveomesh is a technical fabric made exclusively from recycled polyester. This gives the shoe breathability, flexibility and lightness. The suede is made from the bottom of the pre-brushed cowhide to make it softer and more supple. It comes from farms in southern Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul). It is tanned in Brazil in compliance with REACH standards. Particular attention is paid to the use of water during the tanning process. The suede is also coated with PFC-free water-repellent oils (chemical compounds) to protect the shoes from light rain.
